- A visitor identifier cookie ("lg_visitor") that persists for up to 1 year to recognize returning visitors across sessions.
- A session cookie ("lg_session") that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity to track activity within a single visit.

These cookies allow us to understand how you interact with our site, measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, and improve our services. The data collected includes pages visited, referral source, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address), and device information.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of our site.

7. Google User Data (Gmail)
Some features of our platform allow you to connect a Google account so that we can send emails on your behalf and detect replies to those emails. This section describes how we handle data received from Google APIs.

What we access. When you connect a Gmail mailbox, we request the following permissions: sending email from your mailbox (gmail.send), reading message metadata to detect replies to emails we sent (gmail.readonly, used only for incremental history sync and message headers/snippets), and your email address to identify the connected mailbox (openid, email). We never fetch full message bodies or attachments of your incoming mail, and we never access messages unrelated to conversations started through our platform.

What we store. We store: an encrypted OAuth token that lets us act on your behalf (encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM, on top of disk-level encryption); your mailbox address; provider thread and message identifiers used to match replies; the content of emails sent through our platform (content we authored); and, for detected replies, the subject line, sender address, and a short snippet (up to 300 characters) used to notify you and show conversation context.

Retention. Reply snippets are automatically redacted after 12 months. All Gmail-related data associated with a mailbox is deleted when the mailbox is disconnected from our platform. You can revoke our access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates our tokens.

Limited Use. Let Growth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used solely to provide the user-facing features described above — sending the emails you compose or approve and detecting replies to them. It is never used for advertising, never sold, never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and never read by humans except with your explicit consent for support purposes, or as required for security or legal compliance.

8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove such information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
